Hi, I wonder if any of you can let me know what happened to your skin whilst trying for a girl on the LE diet? I seem to have loads of spots which I never used to have. My skin doesnt feel as smooth and also feels more greasy. I am worried with this as I have ready greasy skin = higher testosterone???
Any help would be great!
Thanks!![]()

My skin got quite bad on the diet ... I became really broken out on my back and shoulders, as well as my jawline. Those are usually the areas I've gotten pimples during early pregnancy, as well, so I attributed it to changing hormones.

Thanks. I am not worried about having them although its a bit out of the ordinary for me - I think I last had spots when I was about 13 apart from the odd one every blue moon but I was just worried it was a sign of raising my testosterone and not lowering it which I really want to do! Do changes in hormones follow any trends at all?? Thanks

Pimples can be caused by many different things, testosterone is actually quite far down the list.
