How long before TTC should i take the following supps ?

Im thinking of starting in september so wondered when i should start taking or using these things ?

Saw Palmetto,
Folic acid - ive already started this
vitex
rephresh - can i just use this in the month that we are ttc ?
peppermint tea
lavender oil on my pillow at night
Anion pads

Also ive got cran and also calc/mag tablets but ive heard these may sway boy so thinking of not starting these ?

And .. one more thing - i bought chitosan - are these pink sway friendly ? and how / when do i take these ? thanks

SP - 6 weeks/2 cycles (no longer)
Folic - as far in advance asd you can
vitex 6 weeks/2 cycles but you can take it longer if you want.
Rephresh - start month you are TTC
Pep tea - do not use pep tea with saw palmetto
Lavender oil - doesn't sway so use it whenever you like
Anion pads - doesn't sway so use whenever you like

I wouldn't take the cal/mag and cran, but if you want to use them you can start them at least 6 weeks in advance of sway

Chitosan is pink-friendly, start it as soon as you want, just take with meals containing fat.

Thank u o wise one is there anything else u woulld add i know i missed off baby aspirin and u mentioned antihistamines - when would i take those?? Thanks again
