rephresh .... H LEVEL

I read somewhere that rephresh has a PH of 5 and for a girl we want a PH of 4-4.5 so surely if we have a lower than 5 PH we shouldnt use it ? Or should we use it and risk highering our own PH limit slightly while still lowering DH Sperm PH ?

RePhresh lowers everything it touches so it is the best thing to use. Atomic says not to worry too much about pH!

I agree with NC. I didn't even test my Ph with my attempt. I know what it generally is because of my science experiments from IG, but after switching to GD, I stopped. I used Rephresh every 3 days and forgot about it.
Keeping testosterone levels low is more important than a low ph...and stressing about what your ph is, is only going to raise your T levels.

I never tested my pH and I used RePhresh throughout my attempt, including about 12 hours before our BD.
I am having a girl.

First of all, you don't want a pH of 4 to TTC anyone, you will not get pg that way because sperm will not survive.

Secondly, your pH up inside your body where the CM is made is quite a lot higher and at ovulation, your body makes a lot of alkaline CM that will come down and raise your pH. pH is constantly changing, when you check it, it's just a snapshot of a moment in time and it is totally natural and normal that number varies from day to day and even hour by hour.

Thirdly, the RepHresh will combine with any EWCM you make and also your husband's semen to bring their pH down too.

I got a boy with pH of 4.5 that never went up and a pH obsession so I was testing 3 and 4 times a day. Then I got a girl not checking PH at all whatsoever and I'm SURE my pH was higher because I had EWCM!!
