What to eat for lunch on the HE diet?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat for lunch on the HE diet?

I am a vegetarian and I have either cheese, eggs or beans with salad and wholegrain bread. I try for a minimum of 18g protein and am usually over it. My lunch for tomorrow is carrot & red lentil soup with 10g chedder cheese on top and a wholemeal roll which adds up to just over 20g.

I ate turkey wraps with lots of veggies, tuna fish with avocado sandwich, leftovers from dinner(steak salads, meatloaf sandwich) I also ate raw veggies with my lunch
