So I had my attempt last night and am SOOOO looking forward to a breakfast or just a normal dinner, I know I shouldn't just in case, but I think I will have a break if it didn't take...
I didn't have breakfast this morning and have had 3 glasses of CL, just had my usual lunch some candy (swedish fish) and my one tortilla quesadilla with a little goat cheese. Plan on eating the LE diet till Wednesday just in case the swimmers are still there, right? Or is it safe to go back to my regular diet?
ONE MORE QUESTION... Seem to have cm, should I try to dry myself out with anything?

Thank you! Yes, I am still eating my usual LE diet. I think if I were even able to indulge I could only handle a few bites, but I SO want to eat Mexican :0)

I'd give it 5-7 days and even then, don't go overboard especially not on sodium. Ease into sodium over a period of a couple weeks. Also, please keep in mind that if you go berserk on diet, your body will hang on to every nutrient it can and then if it's a BFN, you have undone at least part of the good you've done thus far.
do not try to dry yourself out at any point after positive OPK. Sperm need fluid to swim through to make it to the egg, and the egg needs fluid to keep it alive and allow it to move (pre- and post- ovulation) down the fallopian tube and into the uterus to implant there.!!! Thanks again AS! Yeah wasn't planning on incorporating meat yet, but desperately wanted to eat Mexican :0) Although I am sure that has a lot of sodium ;( I know I will probably stay on it just in case...

if you do go for it, just be sure to err on the side of caution with the sodium - it's just not good for your body (or a developing baby) to be eating low sodium and then shock your body with a meal(s) that could contain thousands of mg of sodium all at once, if that makes any sense.
Also, drink some extra water to help flush out the sodium but not an insane amount - too much water can kill you too!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I was very strict on diet in the 2WW. One because I think it is really important up until implantation - which may take up to 9 days or so. Also, I believe that while a few cheats here and there are ok it is the overall length of time you are on the diet that makes the biggest difference. If you go back to a normal diet after O, you are basically starting over every month. I had a set "cheat day" 10 dpo where I had one full cheat meal - enough to keep my sanity and not too much to blow it. After you are on the diet for a while, your body may hold on to nutrients more when it sees them.
