This is my sister in laws scan and I'm sure she'll have a girl - she gets everything she ever wants and has the perfect life (yes, she's one I'd those!) so there's no doubt it's a girl!

I have family members like that too, they drive me batty. Life seems to be more fair to others huh? I think that pic says girl too :-)

I know its not right but it makes me upset ;( I just know that we'll have another boy and she'll have the little princess. Just like she got the help to buy a house, got a car bought for her and the perfect wedding paid for, whereas hubby and I got nothing.

Even had mother -in-law tell me, on finding out SIL was pregnant, that although they were over the moon when we had the boys, there was nothing as exciting as her daughter having a baby! Thanks!!

Sorry to rant, it's just really got to me seeing the scan picture ;(

Oh I know exactly how you feel! It's hard to see the bright side of things when you watch someone else live all your dreams and you struggle and never get what you want or you have to work extra hard for everything. My husband and I live that life..the one of difficulty while we watch most of our family members have everything handed to them. The thing to remember is that when we do achieve those goals or dreams...they mean SO much more.

Have a good cry, you will feel better. (((((HUGS)))))

p.s MIL's can suck, don't listen to her! We just told my MIL we were pregnant and lets just say I have seen social workers more excited for their welfare cases 10th pregnancy. :-/

Ah, this sucks cause I do think it's a girl damn it!!
Sorry your mil said that. I promise if this ones a girl, I will never say that to my daughter in law!!! My mom can sometimes be that way to my Sil and I don't like it... I don't think she realizes, but still!! At least my Sil does have a daughter herself!!
