As I have read some articles relating sleeping disorders and fertility, I thought...what about using an alarm clock during AF>O (my DS fortunately doesn´t already wake up during the night) to wake me up and after sleep (yeah, so hard.....) to sway pink? Will be worse the stress it could produce or maybe could be a good thing to reduce fertility and "weakness" , and make the body to think that a pink bean have more possiblitilties? mums with girls....did you sleep well when you conceived?
thanks in advance

I've wondered the same! Great question.
My kids are light sleepers. So I don't think I could do it. However I have thought about going to bed much later and of course waking up to the boys in the morning lol.
With both boys I was getting 10 hours + sleep.2008

I personally don't think sleep has anything to do with it in fact I had less sleep with the boys (younger going out more, staying up late) and more sleep now and got pregnant to my daughter!

I almost always get my 8 hrs a night. I am an early bird and am usually tucked up asleep before 11pm. I have a DD. my mum would be the same and she had 6 DD ( ave about 5 years between the last 4 pregnancies so we were sleeping the night for sure)

I LOVE to sleep and I have 2 girls, before I conceived DD1 I got a minimum of 11 hours of sleep at night and sometimes I would nap after I came home from work, DD2 I still got at least 10-11 hours at night just not the after work nap anymore. I could take a nap right now just talking about it lol

This is interesting. I LOVE my sleep, I could easily sleep 11 hours and take a nap. I may just try this!

Thanks for all your answers! Although I see each mum is different, I´m agree with Atomic and think lack of sleep sways pink! For me, since I feel terrible when I have lack of sleep,
also I used to sleep very much before conceived my little boy, I suspect would be a good thing to add to my sway ...let you know what happens!!

I slept almost the same as with all my babies, 2 boys and a girl coming very soon. I think it can sway some, but I don't think it's worth stressing about. I agree with dlouli, I'm in love with sleep, and could sleep right now just thinking about it...ahhhh!
