    OMG, I'm starving!!!

Ach, I want to get to next weekend and I don't even care if I get my bfp this month, I just want to EAT SOMETHING!!!!

This LE diet is going to KILL me in the 2WW. Omg. Next weekend (Oct 6) is gonna be Canadian Thanksgiving too, THANK GOD that's the expected AF weekend and I can cheat like crazy all weekend.

It's only 3pm here and I had lunch at 1pm and I'm frigging starving. Can't even have a diet coke or peppermint tea which both help the hunger because I'm not letting myself have aspartame or peppermint after O.

    *whimper* help!!!

Cheat! A cheat on occasion is not only allowed, but encouraged. If you have something you're really craving, schedule it in as a treat to look forward to.

I'm cheating this weekend. I already decided. I'm going to a birthday party tonight, then tomorrow we are having our neighbors over for pizza, and on Sunday my parents are coming and we are getting Chinese food. I'm going to try to limit what I eat for lunch those two days, but I think I'm due for a cheat. AF should be here any day

Except I gotta stop at just one cheat, right? I'm so afraid of losing it, LMAO!!! The thing I'm craving most, sushi, is like SO BAD for the LE diet - high protein, high good fats, high BAD fats, high sodium......And I also really want McD's fries and Swiss mushroom angus burger. Yum.

Okay, I'll plan to cheat on Sunday night but ONLY if I do my planned workouts. There, that's not so bad, eh?

Mrs_P - no, aspartame won't stop me getting a bfp, but I'm uneasy about fake sugars during pregnancy. However, I couldn't help it and I did have a diet coke at lunch today. I'm not that worried about a few, I just don't want to be chugging down 2-3 daily like I was pre-ov, just in case I am preggo.
