is peppermint tea for lowering ph or cm?
I know one big difference I noticed is that clomid drys up cm in 30-50% of women and soy is supposed to create lots more ewcm that atomic said for us girl swayers to take things to dry up our cm(sudafed, benedryl.) but i know she wants us to get prego fast on soy because like clomid it is not something you want to be on for a long time. another differece I noticed was that it said clomid can be bad for the uterine lining and I "think" soy is supposed to build that up also but I am not sure on that. can't wait for aomic and others to chime in. great question

I thought the peppermint tea was to lower testosterone and do something to the uterus that favours conception? I was thinking I could take soy and avoid peppermint tea until after O? Then drink it 3 cups/day O-AF then soy days 2-7.. Ahh I don't even 100% know if I want to take soy and risk my sway. I plan on having a shower before dtd and taking Zertec but have no idea if it will be enough to get rid of the extra ewcm everybody gets! Someone tell me what to do if you were in my shoes? lol. So confused here hahah

Neither, it lowers testosterone.
TBH I don't totally trust a lot of the info online regarding any of the herbs, so let's just say ~maybe~ soy makes more CM and ~maybe maybe~ it doesn't affect uterine lining. If you take soy and have no CM, then please do not take antihistamine (and no woman should be taking Sudafed anyway)
Also, I want to mention that while the official story is that only 30-50% of women have their CM affected by Clomid, I think the real story is that it affects 100% of everyone's CM and in 30-50% of cases, it's enough to interfere with ovulation. The longer you are on it, the more it will affect your CM. So please forgo antihistamine while on Clomid and don't decide "well I'm not one of those 30-50% so I need antihistamine" - even if you still have some CM, it IS affecting the quality of your CM to some extent and you need to get pg quickly while on Clomid.!!! If you take soy and have no CM then you shouldn't take antihistamine. If you have CM and would like to take an antihistamine, that's fine.
