    Pickles and girl sway

tell me they are good even great lol
seems like everything has protein in it that I am used to eating. My fat is low, cals are low but protein keeps creeping and I don't even eat meat, am not having dairy(cuz protein is high) the only cheese I am having is dried parmesian and it only has 3g. It's just a little here and a little there is just adding up. Soooo, my son busted out the pickles today and of course they are free of everything: fat, cals, protein. Whoohoo! They are just cucumbers right and cucs are on the girl sway. So can I start eating a million pickles or does the juice or something sway boy??
    Thoughts??

If I remember correctly and I could be wrong...the pickling process has a lot of salt. Making it not girl friendly. I know what you mean. Seems like everything I love is boy friendly. :/

That's the trick of the LE Diet - that sneaky protein.

In the Dream Members section there is a thread called "quick fixes for diet disasters" that has some ideas that may help.

I think pickles are fine, but some people will want to avoid them because they are high in sodium and some people believe that vinegar can cause your CM to become alkaline. Personally I don't think either of these things matters but just so you're aware of it.

There's a recipe for "quickles" in the DM section which is homemade refrigerator pickles with no sodium.
