.....showing that low milk/calcium/magnesium/dairy is better than high? I know it's a typical girl sway thing to do and there might not be much info on it yet.

Is there data anywhere...

The best study ever done on diet showed that moms who went on to conceive boys had a diet intake of cal-mag higher than those who did not. Moms who went on to conceive boys had higher intake of all nutrietns.
The problem with your question is that the human body is DESIGNED to keep calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium in a very narrow range. IF your levels go out of this range you DIE. (Literally, as in keel over dead) The only people who have mineral levels outside this range are very, very, very ill (in the emergency room or dying of cancer) We have had people test their mineral levels before and after doing mineral diets and their mineral levels did not change one iota, and in a couple cases, their sodium levels actually went UP because their body simply started saving more and excreting less from the foods they ate.!!! Sorry I came back to reword this but you were quick
I meant here so far the people swaying is there anywhere yet that shows the difference between the gender outcome of those that up their cal/mag and those that reduce? Or sodium since that's another that we see over and over being avoid.

If you believe in cal-mag, take it.
If you don't, and like me got 4 boys with it, then don't take it.
Yes, we track our results. I hesitate to direct you to the threads because I feel that they are very misleading. The problem with tracking cal-mag is that because it doesn't reduce odds of conception, people continue to take it for a long time. Thus, the results look higher but it's because it "piggybacks" on the length of diet. I personally do not think taking cal-mag sways pink and may even sway blue, but because people can keep taking it indefinitely, it gets "helped" by the fact that 12 weeks or longer on diet sways so effectively. It looks about 70% effective, but it's a trick of the statistics IMO.
I can assure you that the sodium doesn't work though because (aside from the biology aspect that shows VERY VERY clearly that it doesn't and cannot work) we gave up on that back in 2012 for the most part, and our results have only gone up since then. I also have my results with blue swayers where the handful of people who insisted on doing the sodium got opposites.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
