I'm with you, I found it hard to follow.


My question is.....Is there such thing as too much FR when your DH is 32? We DTD 17 straight days before O on our last 2 attempts and I got BFN both times. I think it may be the reason I am not getting my BFP by the time O rolls around, I think he might not have enough strong swimmers left!
