How to make title in bold letters?

Yes, when I start a new thread. When I look in forums, some threads have bold titles and some (like mine) don't have. It's not a big deal....

I think the title goes bold when they have new posts in them ZB, I'll hunt down your thread and post just to see if it makes a difference, brb.
