I don't exercise, but for motivation with sticking to the LE diet (especially during the holidays) I put baby girl wallpapers on my laptop and cell phone as a reminder why I'm doing this and to STAY STRONG, lol.

Oh, also to remind me and keep me in check with my folic acid, I check it off when I record my temps every day. So if you chart, can you add a row for exercise to help remind you why you are doing this?

If it were for me I would have dropped exercise a long time ago. I just have faith that each month might be it. I remind myself everyday why I'm doing it. I have gone so far that I can't completely quit cold turkey.

I am now 3months on from where you are now Mrs, and I thought I would never last with the exercise. I am not one to exercise and its never been a big part of my life, and I don't love it. However, I have actually enjoyed going for a run this time around and have tried to look at it in different ways. I use it as a bit of 'me' time - music cranked up and time to myself. I also saw how much of a difference it has made to my weight loss - bonus!!
Plus, I know that if I didn't give it my best shot I will regret it. For me I have one last chance at a DD and for me diet and exercise are the biggest factors I want to concentrate on.
Once I got into it a bit I actually found I wanted to make time for it! I have to say, though, that I work nights and I can't exercise 6x a week, so I do it as often as I can, but its usually between 3 and 5x a week.
I hope that helps.
Oh, and feel free to come join us on the exercise motivation board!!!xxLove my Boys

I think that you need to pick a better time of day if at all possible. I didn't exercise for my sway but have at other times, and it's best done when it's reasonably enjoyable. I would not be able to stick with exercise at 6 am!!

To exercise or not to exercise? That is the question.
