Here we go, I think, please review before tonight!!

I have a faint double line on my OV stick meaning it's soon, so I should start DTD through O, right??

Here is what I have done so far:

LE diet past 6-8 weeks, before that always a light diet
Have lost 8lbs. (I've always been a size 0-2, but now my zero's are very loose)
Taking aspirin, folic, SP, Vitex (just this cycle), Psyllium Husks
I need to take Sudafed, but maybe this afternoon before night time? I also have not used any rehpresh, can I do that an hour or so before??

DH:

Has been FR (because of age) since Sunday and did this morning (5 times). Taking LR and recently had him incorporate folic.

Anything else, does this look ok?

Also, I am around spa procedures including nail products regularly - hope this helps ;-)

Also, I fouond an old AS post, and wondering if this applies. Since we do not have a full 7 days and he already FR this morning, should I have him do it again tonight and then try later in the night for a compressed FR? Or just try once we get that solid double line on the stick and again the day after? Here is the old post:

If your DH is using LR, I wouldn't worry about the extra release. My DH and i had been doing FR and had a VERY hard time finally finishing by the time we made our true attempts.
And Rephresh should be at least 8 hours before your attempt. If you use it too close to your attempt, it will be hard to get pregnant.
Also, I'm pretty sure I remember Atomic saying that men don't need extra Folic Acid and that it can be detrimental to their health, so you might want to look into that.

Thank you BeadinMom- Ok, I will take him off folic. I just upped his LR because he has only taken the two tablets from the bottle recommendation. Do you think though if I get home around 4, do the rephresh even if it doesn't help with tonight's attempt then maybe tomorrows? I din't necessarily have to DTD tonight because last month I had a faint line for about two days then a strong line for a couple days then 36-72 hours from the start of all this is when I must've ovulated because I usually can really feel it. I really do not have any cm right now either, but it could be a result of supplements.

Yep, could be supplements and diet, too causing little cm.
I think you'd be fine if you use the Rephresh today...the worst that will happen is you don't get pregnant from that attempt, but you'll be set for the next one.

I will tell you what we did - which resulted in a girl -
We did abstinence instead of FR, but I don't think that matters in this case. I used Rephresh every 2 days, which my last time being around 9am on 3/9. I got my first and only +OPK with FMU on 3/9. We BDed one time only at 9pm on 3/9. I have to assume I O'ed sometime on 3/10.
DH did a hot bath before we BDed. Would your DH be willing to do that, if you are open?

I'm not sure if I would try doing multiple attempts if your DH is taking LR because honestly, my DH had a 9 day abstience (and I trust this, he wanted to sway just as much as I did) and he barely could keep it up during our attempt. The LR really did a # on him.. he's never had that issue before!

Thanks Nestof3! My DH usually takes hot showers, so I will definitely encourage it before our attempt. I took two more OV tests today and now there is just one solid line, no more faint line So I will wait for the positive one, hopefully in the next day or so. I had read on some others posts they made multiple attempts so that is what I was hoping for too just to up our chances. Now I think should we decide a couple attempts maybe tomorrow depending on what I see on the OV stick, and then maybe Saturday. IDK - confused??
My DH hasn't complained about LR, but I also haven't told him what it's for I just told him to take it. I think if I told him he would start telling him he was coming down with all sorts of ailments - lol!

Lol - I didn't tell DH until he freaked out when he could barely perform. I then told him that was a side effect. Didn't want him thinking his manhood was going downhill
It effects all guys differently so your DH will probably have no issues if he hasn't noticed any yet!

Too funny! My DH watches all of these dateline, murder mystery shows where wives drug DH's - he always has something smart to say when he takes them :-)
Do you know, I keep reading where women take temps to really confirm O. But I always go by pains. Since I do not have a positve OPK, I am going to wait to DTD tonight in hopes that it comes later this weekend and DH can get at least 7 FR's in. Once I get a double OPK line, it's usually 48 hours until that real O, right?? I am clearly overly analyzing all of this right now! I wasn't really concerning myself with timing now I'm doubting myself.

Diet and weight loss are fab. Try not to lose much more!!! Supps look great.

I prefer you take antihistamines, not Sudafed, due to safety concerns. Zyrtec or Benadryl both work well.

RepHresh should not be used any sooner than 8-=12 hours before your attempt. An hour before is too soon and will really cut your odds of pg.

5 days of FR is not ideal but it's better than nothing!!

If you get a BFN next month I would have him drop the folic because it can raise sperm count and quality.
