Ok, I'm minorly (almost majorly!!!) freaking out - I was certain I was heading for a BFP this month, but it looks like I was VERY wrong! So I got quite lax on the diet. I had thought that because I'd slackened I should skip ttc next month and aim for 6 wks time when I can be back on the diet fairly solidly. But do you think if I am using RePhresh to lower my PH and on all my supps and go back to the diet properly tomorrow for 2.5 wks that I should be ok to ttc next month? I should add that I'll be going away for 5 days and the diet may be a little more difficult but not impossible.
Would love your thoughts and opinions and advice!!!!

I don't know what I'd do in your situation - personally I think diet is the most important aspect of a sway... and I guess it depends whether a better shot at a girl is worth waiting another month or two for? If you had a "lesser" sway and got a BFP, would you regret not having waited an extra couple of months when you're pregnant? Or do you just want to be pregnant more?

I would be happy to hit the diet hard in the 2 weeks before my attempt if I'd only been naughty during the 2ww and I'd been on the diet long enough beforehand - but it could prove more difficult with your holiday I agree. Good luck whatever you decide x

I think that as long as you do your best NOW, you're still good to go for this month. (as in, no cheating, which usually I am fine with a cheat here and there.)
The exception is that if you have gained a couple pounds and were eating a lot of meat and eggs, you prob. should hold off because you may have gained muscle.
Rainbow makes an excellent point about the regrets though - if you do end up with an opposite, would you be kicking yourself forever about it???!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

THanks for the replies ladies. Urgh, so much to think about - I think I would regret not having given it my absolute best shot. But I am desperate to be pg too. I have gained 1 kg (about 2 pounds in US-speak!) so that's probably not a good thing. I've had red meat twice in the last 2 weeks. I've started on my supps again today and might just see what my Ph does around O time and make a decision then. I know a bit of exercise would help but don't want to sway blue by doing that. If I can lose 2kgs in the next 2 weeks by being super-diligent on the diet would that put me in a good position?

Don't start exercising now, it's not enough time to lower your T levels, it will only increase them at first before your body runs out of raw materials to build muscle with.
If you can lose the weight plus a bit, I would go ahead and try. Red meat 2x in 2 weeks will not kill your sway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
