Hi everyone! I am a 43 year old mum to 7 Aussie boys! I just found this site so I have heaps of reading to do and don't understand anything yet. Two months ago I miscarried (gender unknown) , and now, because of my age, is my last ditch effort for one more bub. If I can conceive again, I want to have the best possible try for a girl and that's why I'm here. I ovulate in 7 days so I have to get onto this fast! I'm only giving it another 6 months and then the show's all over... All your help is needed, especially if you can tell me what to look at first... Thanks

Hi welcome, i would probably skip this cycle seeing as you O in 7 days, i just dont think that is enough time to prepare, you need to be on the LE diet for a bit longer than 1 week, i think the bare minimum would be 6 weeks. goodluck.
