Rephresh

Hiya,

I got some rephresh... 4 gel inserts with each lasting 3 days it says...

So if I insert this every 3 days from end of AF is this right?

Also daft question but dpes this reduce your chance of concieving and can it harm baby if you do get pregnant???

it won't hurt your baby, it only goes in the entrance to your VG and does state can be used during pregnancy to treat certain types of vaginal infection but if you use it for swaying you stop at ovulation anyway so its out your system before the baby implants.

its used to keep ph down, each tube lasts for up to 3 days and it can help counteract ewcm if you have lots.

Some women can struggle to conceive when they use it, whether its cause its due to the rephresh or other sway factors is a bit of an unknown. I used it two months, first month i used every three days from end of AF (used three tubes) but didn't catch (although i was on vitex etc that messed up my cycles), second month i took clomid, partly because i only had one tube left (and it was expensive / mail order and took a while to come) and partly because i wanted a chance at conception since i was on clomid, i only used the one i had and i used it two days before i was due to ovulate to help at key ewcm point.

The only way to know how it affects you is to try it but it definitely won't hurt the baby

I used it one time 24 hours prior to our attempt and am currently pregnant with a girl. The months leading up I'd used it more frequently and did not conceive but not sure that had anything to do with the rephresh. Good luck!

I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER tell you guys to do anything that I think could remotely hurt a baby.
