Folic Acid with DHA?

This is all they had at Costco, so we got it. What does the DHA do? Does it sway one way or the other?

I don't know about the swaying part but IMO brain development trumps swaying anyday! They add DHA in everything these days!

You're right, it IS in everything... I know it's healthy, but I would rather take plain FA if the DHA sways girl. I can always save the FA with DHA for during pregnancy.

ive been on DHA since before DD1. i think its like taking a prenatal..its for safe and helathy brain development of baby. i dont think it sways anything or sways girls, since its in the form of a fish oil (right?) and fish oil sways boy right? i could be wrong

DHA is just an essential fatty acid like those found in fish oil and EPO. I believe it sways blue at least to some extent. I took it with DS 3 and 4 throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding, and let me tell ya, I am sold on the stuff for eyesight. Both DS 3 and 4 have much better eyesight than DS 1 and 2 did/do.
