i did no diet, in fact for me i was eating normal 'junk' food and i was the heaviest i have been when i conceived, ulike with my 2 boys i was alot slimmer! i consumed alot of coffee and drank alot of diet coke

dh drank alot of coffee, and also around conception (we were on holiday) he drank a few beers and some wine

i think my hubby also took vit c and hayfever tablets!! i took vitex for 2mths prior to conception mth but had to stop as it gave me horrendous headaches the mth i stopped is the mth i conceived!

Did you do anything with Ions?

yes i always wear a rose quarts bracelet and necklace, salt lamp on in room constantly, burnt lavender, lavender shower gel, we were on holiday in the forest when we conceived we had a massive storm and it rained constantly

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

the vitex!!!!! and also i was compleatly relaxed and happy when we conceived, when i fell with my boys i was very unhappy and stressed out!!

Things worth mentioning:

i know i didnt really sway as such but i thought it important to write down my minor sway, i was planning on starting the le diet after my holiday but as i say we had a drubken night and clearly this little girl wanted to be part of our family. i feel that my body chemistry was compleatly differnt to when i had my boys (alot more unhealthy) and i really feel that me being relaxed played a major part in my little girl!!
