    A question of tomatoes :)

    Hey ladies,
We will be trying a pink sway towards the middle of next year but I'm trying to get my plan together now in the hopes that I won't panic later on and raise my t levels so I will probably post a number of silly questions. Here is the first:
Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on why raw tomatoes are a no no for a pink sway but cooked are ok? Or have I got confused (again! Lol)?!
    Many thanks in advance x x x

it's less alkalinizing when cooked, that's all

Also most veggies lose some nutrients when cooked vs raw. Not certain if this is true with tomatoes but a good thing to keep in mind.

Both are allowed on LE Diet and in fact on LE Diet, raw are considered a bit better because they're less nutrient dense and also the lycopene in them is less bioavailable in raw toms as opposed to cooked.
