I am pretty sure I will announce after 12 weeks and by then hopefully I will know the gender for sure and be able to just put it all out there in a positive way. 4 of a kind = a full house lol. I wish I could just keep everyone in the dark, but I don't think I can take the comments you typically get when having an all 1 gender family and the baby is the same gender. So anyone have any cute or creative ways they announced to the world?

I announced to very close friends around 5 weeks. But to family and everyone else, we waited until at least 10 weeks and our latest announcement came at 16 weeks.

I kept it hidden until 20 weeks with #4 & #5. I wore big baggy clothes and avoided where I could. When we found out gender I did up beautiful cards announcing the due date and name we had chosen along with an u/s picture. Stopped any stupid remarks from people (even my parents didn't know, only online friends).

There was a thread along these lines not too long ago...my fave was "looks like I'm a pretty good boy mom - the Lord thought he'd send me one more!". I'm not religious or anything, you could always change it up a bit, lol.

Yes I need a good way too lol I'm terrified to tell my mother and I think she will be very angry if I hide it too long so I was just gonna go buy my youngest a big brother shirt and go to their house for a visit and wait for them to notice lol

We are telling everyone that we will not be finding out the sex but we really are going to. That way we don't have to deal with the comments. If we somewhere along the way decide to share the sex and its another boy we will just say how happy we are for another healthy little boys and something like, "Haven't you met our boys? They are pretty awesome!"

I was going to wait until after the 12th week, but broke at about 8 or 9 weeks. I mailed this picture out tk family and friends. I also posted it on fb for my announcement there too. I announced my last pregnancy (miscarried at 10 weeks) with ds3 wearing a shirt saying "guess who's going to be a big brother?" It was really cute!!

I wait until the 12th week before I say(well you can tell by my siggy why :/) but really the only comment I got from people (which it seemed everybody chased down the pregnant lady in walmart with 3 boys in tow just see what she was having lol) was "trying for a girl?" and I would just lie(well ok half truth lol) and say "no we just wanted another one, we love all the blessings God gives us" normally strangers are nice, when I was big they would ask if I knew what I was having and I would say yes another beautiful boy, some would say aww you gotta try again, cant give up now, and some would say well you know you gotta stop now because they will keep being boys and then I would look innocent and reply well whats wrong with more boys? , its the family that kept asking if this was our last, we said yes because it was our last I was getting a tubal ligation (long story but had to wait and then decided later no) so my family thinks I am "fixed" lol so it will be a huge surprise when I announce baby #5 but wont be until later later(my parents can know but everybody has to wait until its obvious lol) my family (other than parents) dont like big families they had only 1 or 2 kids and quit so they think its horrible I have so many so I blow off whatever they have to say anyways lol you will always have someone with a remark that will try to ruin your day but *try* not to let it
