I am advised to take vitamins B 1, 6 and 12 to prevent miscarriage. Would I up my pink sway chance if I stop the supplement from af-o and then start again say 2 days after o in case it is BFP? Would it make a difference? These supplements are high doses individual tabs like 100-120 mg doses.

No, you can't take vitamins that way, it's not good for your body and would actually probably raise your odds of miscarriage to do so. Take vitamins steadily and never stop them suddenly - when you want to stop them, gradually ease off of them over a period of 2 weeks to a month.
