Hi, I have been doing moderate sway. But I have slacked a little in diet and fell off the wagon completely with weight lifting. :-( Anyway, I should ov in a 5-8 days. So, if you wanted to do a last minute "supercharge"on your sway what would you add our do? Is there something you would recommend in the final week before an attempt? TIA

Thank you! I've been taking fertile cm. Anyone else using this? Seems like I've read a lot about it for fertility and boy sway but haven't seen anything mentioned about it in this forum...

Oh I'm sorry I am late to answer this, but if you haven't Oed yet I think some coconut water, red meat, wheatgrass juice, pineapple, and walnuts can help!
Have DH release every 2-4 days and then try for 3-5 attempts in your fertile window.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I was wondering if this was happening for me. Yesterday I had tons of ewcm though. I'm on day 14 and I usually ov on day 10. Didn't have one +opk this month. Still testing. Not sure what happened :-( We're gonna go ahead and dtd tonight just in case but now I've missed my window entirely I'm afraid just cuz I was waiting on the stupid test. Having a boy is really high on my list so that's why we waited. Also I read that fertile cm can create a healthy uterine environment as well to help prevent miscarriage. I'm almost 38 and won't have lots of so I really want to make this stick.

It can also delay O - do you think it has delayed your ovulation??
The best things you can do to prevent miscarriage is taking a prenatal vitamin, adequate folic acid - 2000 mcg, getting a lot of sleep, not smoking, and keeping coffee and alcohol to a sane level of intake. The vitamin/herb peddlers make a lot of claims that are totally unsubstantiated and if the Fertile CM is not working for you, let's find something else that will do the same things without the delay in ovulation.!!!
