    Cold showers for fertility ttc blue???

    Hot temperatures harm sperm which is why we use that for TTC pink. For tTC a boy, we simply need to avoid hot temperatures as much as is feasible. No benefit comes from icing his balls or cold showers and baths.

    There is no reason to torture your husband with cold showers, just make sure he's not baking himself with hot ones.
