I was wondering if I only take V and SP from AF-O will 3 months be long enough? Thank you for help :-) also just to make sure ... AF is from first day of my period, right?

Yes, first day of AF is cycle day 1 (CD1). And I think 3 months is lots of time...
Sept 2008 & successful boy sway
June 2010.

What are your thoughts about Lydia Pinkham??

I believe there are some herbs in the Lydia Pinkham that you shouldn't take for your whole cycle...I'm thinking Vitex? At any rate, something in them that aren't proven safe for pregnancy...

I'm only going to take V and SP AF-O so I would do the same with LP. But wasn't sure if I should add it or not? I know the other two are good girl sways so Im not sure if adding LP is a good choice..
