Have I undone my hard work??

A month of strict dieting and yesterday I was convinced I had missed ovulation (I am very late!) so at a party I had vodka and this morning- positive opk!!!

Will I have undone all that hard work I put in?
    I'm so annoyed at myself

No, no and no. Remember it's the *big* picture that counts in swaying. If you've been doing a whole month of strict dieting, one little cheat will not make any difference. I'd have your attempt today if you got a +OPK if I were you and cross your fingers for a BFP in 2 weeks. Good luck!!

IIRC, you can have small amounts of alcohol. I have a glass of wine or two to up my calories with dinner. Don't beat yourself up about it - if anything stressing will likely sway blue! GL and hope it goes well! x

Alcohol declines maternal condition and contains empty calories, both perfect for a pink sway. And vodka is supposed to be the best kind for swaying pink! After reading the threads I linked below, I actually decided to include alcohol as part of my sway since DH and I were both avoiding it like the plague when we conceived our boys.
