Advice on liquorice root and frequent release please!

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can share their views on doing frequent release when taking liquorice root. After second BFN I am concerned that both of these together as well as aci jel is preventing pregnancy. Could anyone suggest which one is best to leave out in the frequent release and liquorice root please.
Any help would be very much appreciated

Tell me more...how are you using the acijel??

How old is dh and does he have any other things that may be bad for sperm and his health, like overweight or smoking??

Does he enjoy or at least tolerate the fr???

I am using aci jel finger tip amount daily from af finishing and then finger tip 1.5 - 2 hours before BD.
DH is 30 and has no health problems, non smoker and we conceived our other children really easily.
The FR was difficult at times, he released daily for around 5 days and then twice a day (once on his own and once with BDing) for 4 days around ovulation. Do you think this was too much especially with the liquorice root? He took 1-2 liquorice root a day.

Twice a day is too much and not at all necessary.

I would recommend once a day for 7-10 days, and do acijel more like 2-3 hours before bd.

Also, two bfn is not a lot...it can be normal for fully fertile couples doing nothing to sway to take 3-6 months to conceive. Don't worry so much that you end up dropping things you really want to use.
