Is high fiber good for TTC girl?

I remember seeing that somewhere a diet high in fiber swayed girl. From what I've been reading I know that girl diet=less nutrients/calories/fat but would high fiber (like taking fiber supplements) help sway girl b/c it helps clean out your system? Just curious- trying to get my plan together for my sway next spring/summer. Thanks!!

Nevermind- just read that it is good for TTC girl in the products we love thread! Now, my interest is peaked about Chitoslim- is this just basically a fiber supplement? Would it be safe while BFing (excluding the fact that it could cause supply issues due to the weight loss effect- I would just stop if I noticed it decreasing supply). I'll probably be beginning the sway process while still BFing so I'm hoping to begin by focusing on a girl friendly diet.

Chitosan/slim when breastfeeding is probably not a good idea because it absorbs fats and fat soluble vitamins from your digestive tract and would lead to your baby getting less nutrition.

Thanks for that! I definitely don't want to deprive baby brother o any nutrition so I won't add that until after he is fully weaned!
