    the different brands of supplements!! help!

    I was hoping to get some advice on which brand to buy for
    Vitex, Saw Palmetto, and Licorice Root...or does it matter??? Im sure certain brands are better than others and there are sooo many choices! Thank you!!!

    As long as it's a famous name brand like Nature Made they are all fine. Beware of cheap ones from the Dollar Store and stuff that comes in little baggies marked "Bob's Herb Shop of Topanga Canyon"

    Hahaha..ok thank you! Also I was wondering how long I should take zyrtec before ttc..I need to dry up ..sorry tmi!
