Honestly, I was so overwhelmed with the whole PH thing that I ended up not including it in my sway and we got our girl anyway. I bought the strips and the(expensive) meter and drove myself crazy. It seemed like a lot of work and stress. If you figure it out great, if not, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I mainly focused on diet. Good luck!

Theres back and forth with if ph actually even does sway, but I say it cant hurt. I am not bothering to test, but plan to use Rephresh, which drops your ph to 4.5, a more 'girl friendly' zone. Its used every 3 days, so Ill use it from after AF until the day of my first positive OPK, then use it again. (8-24 hours before BD)

I recently brought some and have been testing them out but I didn't get the reader metre thing just comparing the results to the colour chart. I have all girls so can't help much with lowering levels to a girl environment as I am trying to increase mine. Mine have been around the 5 and at the most 6 so not boy friendly at all
My boy friendly diet has not helped increase it but I haven't done any douching (I didn't want to but I think I might have to if I remain to girl friendly.

A douche would lower your ph I believe, Ollynem, and make it more acidic. Perhaps you can eat more alkaline food?

I hope everyone takes a minute to read the pH pickle above that anchor posted. IF pH sways, it is NOT because "X sperm love low pH" or any such thing. And you CANNOT alter the pH of your body from eating a certain diet. These things are myths and if you don't understand them and how to actaully use pH in a sway, you are going to harm your sway chasing things that don't sway while neglecting the things that do.
