This is my plan as of right now for my attempt in May...
Been on diet 3 months, lots of ions, vitex and saw palmetto
14 day abstain
Bd on May 9th, will O either May 11 or 12, giving 2 or 3 day cut-off
vineager douche 1 hour prior and zyrtec
bd with sylk
take some cranberry only (no vit c) supps to keep ph down (not taking any now)
ph around 4 usually now
Is buying the aci-jel worth the $52 dollars and should I have it in time if ordered today. The website says 6 ot 11 days but I am nervous. If it will help I will buy it, I am desperate after 4 boys in a row! LOL

I believe it is. I bought it and I did because it has good results on ingender. I felt like if I didn't I will always wish I had. x
