Why aren't my Temps rising! :(

I have had every other sign confirming ovulation but not the temp rise :/

What's going on!! Anyone else had this before?

I tested my temp again this morning when I woke up and it's STILL low!!!!

This cycle seems to be having everything going wrong!image.jpg

HUH! Maybe you geared up to O but sometimes your body just doesn't think the little eggie is ready yet. Keep doing the OPKs...

Well I had some weird cycles where my temp was almost flatline the whole way. And I would even say maybe it's an anovulatory cycle but to be honest I just had one of those weird cycles, no +OPK, and went for an u/s this week and the tech said I FOR SURE O'd and she even thinks I might have O'd from both sides! I would say forget the temps for now, and go with OPK.

I would keep charting and taking opks. I get a +opk and then They go - again and then I get + again and O. I think this happens some people I got pregnant on a cycle like that, keep DTD and you should manage it!!!

Do you normally O the day after your opk?
What time did you do your opk on cd14 and when did you test on the days before that?

It's not uncommon to get a fallback rise in your temps (where they dip right after O, then go back up)

Thanks ladies, yes I normally O like clock work the day after my positive opk...my cycles are quite text book, 28 days and O on day 15... My positive opk was around 1pm on cd15..

I'm doing today's temp in about an hour... What if its still low?

I'm not sure what you mean hun, you can't temp unless it's after 3 hours minimum of sleep?

I have to take my temps twice a day.. So I do in evening at around 11:45pm after I have been lying in bed since 10pm and again in morning... I have to do two cos I have constantly interrupted sleep with my youngest and was told as long as I have the same routine every evening with resting from 10pm - 11:30pm I can also temp at that time... My evening temps are more constant as kids are in bed and I keep same... But still do mornings aswell... I have heard quite a few people "have" to do this... It's of course not as accurate as first morning temps
