For tc boy dh release very 2-4 days for how long?

Does it matter if it's every 2 days or three? Not sure if it matters? Or if one has more of a effect than the other? Also, bd like this AF-O? Thanks

75 days would be great because that is how long it takes for the sperm to completely regenerate but if not possible just start whenever you can. 2 or 3 days doesn't really matter as long as DH is ok with it and won't get annoyed. Yes bd like that from AF-O then when you get +opk try for 3 times in 24hours.

I try not to stress about it too much, but try to keep it at 2-3 days when possible.

as long as is possible before your attempt. Months even. Sperm take 72 days or so to form, and that release pattern is ideal for sperm health. But at the least AF-O.

Don't worry about every 2 days, every 3 or 4, just have him do reg release when he wants to, if it goes to 5 days or one day on occasion that's ok.
