Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

LE since October and was on IG for about 3 weeks prior to finding this site . I was really strict at first and everyone was commenting that I was too skinny (really annoying!). I had an early m/c in January so after that I was more relaxed on the diet and increased my sodium and calories but remained mainly vegetarian except with occasional cheats (no red meat though).

8 long months!

Yes

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He eased up on salt and meats (especially red meat) but he was not at all strict

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I had about 2 cups of coffee per day and that was about it for caffeine.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

128 lbs at O; when I started the diet I was 137.5. Went down to 125 prior to m/c and then I gained some back (hope that didn't hurt my sway) I'm 5'7"

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

Not any formal exercise other than walks outside and playing with my kids until 2 weeks before this attempt when we joined a gym (bad timing lol). I only did cardio though, no weights.

I felt really silly doing this but I put a little dress under the bed that I bought when I was pregnant with DS1 (before we knew the sex).

That I really did the best I could. I feel like I gave it my all and I pray that this is my little girl I make pretty amazing boys so either way I'm so happy

wow your sway was very similar to mine in that I also had to gain 3-4lbs back because I lost O and I started being less strict with diet to do that (no red meats though). I also started a tiny bit of cardio, only running for maybe 10mins max 3 times a week. I was so assuming all this had to mean boy, but you got your girl so there is hope!!! Wohoo! Congrats!

Sounds very similar then. I was just kinda over the whole swaying thing so thats why I eased up on the diet but still avoided red meat. Fingers X for you!
