Hi coffee. Peanut butter and dates are great for a blue sway. But just be sure to eat your dates with some protein like nuts or cheese to balance the sugar

Peanut butter is good, eat some protein with your dates like almonds or any kind of nut. Just remember to eat 3 meals a day plus snacks in between. All meals should include a protein and carb. Lot of fruits and veggies anything healthy sways blue. I usually stuck to the same routine everyday because I like order and lists so I wrote everything down which means I usually at alot of the same things. For instance, breakfast was usually eggs with whole wheat toast and avocado and fruit, mid morning snack was almonds and apricots, lunch varried but it was usually something like a salad with tons of veggies, avocado and grilled chicken, sometimes turkey sandwhich on whole weat with avocado and veggies, mid afternoon snack was veggies with nuts or a protein shake with fruit, dinner was always a meat, sweet potato or brown rice with a green veggie, and then my late night snack was kashi cereal with milk or sometimes dark chocolate with almonds. I drank 1 V8 a day, 1 coffee in the morning, 1 coconut water a day, water with my meals, wheatgrass juice with my snack and decaffinated green tea in the afternoon and at night. Hope this helps

i ate alot of avocado lol
And looking at what I just typed I am surprised I didn't float away with all the stuff I was drinking

PB and dates are two of my standby foods for HE Diet.

Sugar is fine for HE Diet as long as you have protein with it. I think you might like this thread it explains why and may help answer some of your other questions. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...-diet-faq.html
