what do these food sway : pink or blue
1-white rice
2- white bread
3- peanut butter
4- sugar in sweet fruits as dates and watermelon etc
5- hot spicy peppers (red or green)

Foods do not sway on their own. It is your overall diet that matters and not any one food here or there. Example, white rice on its own can sway pink, but if you have it with a stirfry that has meat in it, it's boy-friendly because protein + carbs = boys. So to go aroudn thinking "oh I can't have white rice", that's just not the case at all and is totally the wrong way to think about diet.
1)White rice alone may sway pink, whereas white rice + protein food (meat, egg, full fat dairy, tofu) would sway blue.
2)white bread eaten alone would sway pink, white bread eaten with protein would sway blue. Whole grains may be better for blue, but white bread and white rice are both fine things to eat for blue and I got 4 boys eating white bread/rice with proteins.
3)Peanut butter tends to sway blue because it's protein and carbs together plus lots of healthy fat.
4)Fruit is great for a blue sway but you should eat it with protein or else eat again really soon after having it. It's just carbs and will burn off quickly. The nutrients in fruit are great for blue.
5)Veg of all sorts including chili peppers are fine for blue, the nutrients in them can help your sway. But again, you can't eat them alone, you need protein + carbs together, and both pink and blue swayers can eat them.
There are NO magic foods that make you have a baby of a particular gender. Around the world people get about 50-50 boys and girls eating all kinds of different foods. The "magic food" approach to swaying doesn't work, it's the overall diets that sway and not any one food.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
