    Activities after an 5 day tranfer

    Hi Carole,

    In the other post you mentioned that a day 5 transffered embryo takes 1 - 5 days to implant. So after transfer when is it okay to get back to our normal routine activities & what activities is safe after a transfer.

    Also what can we do to help the embryo to implant.

    Hi Mykids,

    You'll need to ask your RE about this one and there is a lot of difference of opinion in that dept. and it's outside of my area of expertise. Best Wishes, Carole
