SO CONFUSED - tech help appreciated

    I am currently 24 weeks
I have had 4 ultrasounds, 4 different techs
    Every response has been:
    I can't see the girl lines, I can't see a penis.
It is either scrotum or a very very swollen labia.
    Anyone else had this?
All techs have been stumped - we aren't given potty shots.
All that was seen was a bulge in the crotch. My ultrasounds were at
    19 weeks, 20.1 weeks, 20.5 weeks, 24 weeks.
Does labia remain swollen? And why so?
    This is a profile shot:

No, and that's the tough part! They won't give out potty shots where I am.
