    Exercise in 2ww

I am doing the intense cardio exercise route which I started after my d&c 10 weeks ago. I am running on the treadmill about 10km a day or combination of treadmill and cross trainer, usually about 10km/600 kcals. Obviously this is a lot as I am doing it 6 days a week, so pretty intense.

I am due to OV any day and if I get a bfp I really dont want to lose the next pg.

Should I continue exercise in 2ww as obviously I have to keep doing it in order to prepare for the next attempt if no June bfp, but continue at a lighter pace than 10km a day?

If you are used to the level of exercise it is perfectly fine to continue. Exercise of that amount can't harm a pregnancy. If you would like to do lower intensity for the same amount of time, that's fine.

Some people do exercise for hours and hours (athletes in training and people with exercise bulimia) and that is of course to be avoided, but 1 hr. of exercise is believed safe during pregnancy.
