    Help on using the forum/site

I've just started a thread and ended up adding it to both the member and non-member sections of HT Family balancing - why have 2 areas - where should I be posting stuff, what's the benefits/drawbacks - not sure what I should be doing and also I'm worried about it sending replies to my email address could this be tracked/show up outside of the site or something? Thanks in advance for any help - I'm not great at all this internet chat stuff!

More information is available in the Member Forum. Some women just do not post in the public forum for privacy reasons.
