The 16th marked my 6 week window. And I have been doing terrible. Not eating breakfast. On eating only about 1,000 calories. I drank a little bit of alcohol ad had coffee. Now I'm on my way to WV for a 6 day trip with family and I brought my supps and plan on trying to get snacks in but I'm worried I've ruined my sway. I'm planning on going super strict on my sway when I get back on the 2nd. But that's only 3-4 weeks until I'm in my fertile window. Of that enough time? Or am I going to have to wait until August![]()

I hardly ever say this, esp. for blue swayers, but if you've been eating 1000 cals a day, I would skip this month.

ok. Thanks for your honest opinion. Do you think I should still start my sway when I get back even though I won't be ttc now until August 26th?

I think you need to think a little differently about the diet. Don't think of it as something you are going to start on a particular day and if you can't do it "right" before that point, you're not going to do it at all. Just start making little changes now that will help you later. try to eat breakfast, snack more often, more real foods, fruit/veg/meat/healhty and sat. fat. Undoubtedly I have mentioned this before, be sure to read "eating smarter, not harder for blue" or something like that. When I read that my whole mindset shifted and i stopped gaining weight as fast, I have still gained weight since reading that, but not nearly as fast as I was.
The HE is a mentality and after a few months, (for example 9!), it becomes second nature!!
Honestly, I feel better now on the HE than I have felt in years. I cut out gluten in 2009 and that helped tremendously but the HE has taken it to a new level. If I could stay slim on the HE I would keep it up for the rest of my life, but that doesn't seem to be feasible!!
