Okay, this seems like a very easy supplement to add into the diet and it really seems to help (makes sense if you think that in times of maternal decline, people may eat things without much nutrition but very fibrous).
What is the best supplement? I used to take some chewable tablets daily, would something like that work? Does it matter at all? Or are people with success taking something particular?
Sorry if there is an FAQ about this, couldn't find it!

I think chitosan or psyllium or the inulin fiber are all good.

Why are Psyllium supps good for ttc a Girl? does it take a way the nutrients that i have eat? i dont understand it...
And do womand who are ttc a Girl take this every day?

because fiber absorbs fat and fat soluble nutrients (these raise testosterone) that you get from foods, so your body can't use them.
