Have any of you ladies had problems with spotting after trying the instead cups? Also, I should have gotten an OPK + by now in my cycle (Day 14) but still haven't, although this is the first month I've used the OPK. My temp drop occurred yesterday morning and sometimes it takes two days before it goes back up, meaning this evening would be my best bet for ttc boy. Any thoughts??

I just looked on the package and it says it's for in vitro. Do you think that matters?

The Instead cup can cause spotting because you might bump/scratch your cervix when you put it in, and around ovulation your cervix is softer and easier to scr Also, if you're taking fish oil and garlic, they are blood thinners that can make you more prone to injuring your cervix.
I don't know why it says "in vitro" on the package but I'm sure it's just fine. The words "in vitro" mean a lot of different things that have nothing to do with IVF. It's probably referring to how the product is used.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
