Do any of you know your pH prior to swaying? I'm questioning this whole pH thing and was wondering what you ladies are naturally. TIA![]()

Before i started the diet and supps back in jan, I was around a 7 and it really took a lot to get down to 4-5 ish. So I thin I'm normally very high pH...then again, my normal diet is quite boy-friendly!

Before I started swaying with DS 4 my pH was at 6, then I lost weight and dropped to 4.5 within just a couple weeks. My pH was at 4.5 when I conceived him! :/
I'm with ya on the pH thing - I've seen too many opposites born to people who thought diet was too hard so they only wanted to douche and take supps.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

See that's interesting cause many of us swaying pink are trying to keep ours low. Atomic, my whole take is that you can't just artificially lower it by douche and lubes but you have to have a low pH from the inside by sticking to the diet as well. What do you think? maybe it's diff for everyone?

Mine is around 7, I hoping to lower it with the diet and supplements. I too will just feel better if it's low!

I got pregnant for a short time in January, while I was pregnant I dropped the girl diet and supplements and ate like I did when not on the diet and my pH rose from a 4.5/5 to a 6.5/7.5 when I m/c I went back on the diet and supps and struggled to get it back down past 5. I don't know what it was when I got pregnant with my boys but I believe it was similar. I could not get my pH down on supps alone it had to be diet too.

Yes, that would be what I tend to think but supps can really lower pH from the inside out and yet people are still getting opposites unfortunately. I don't think anyone needs to throw pH out the window but I don't think anyone should stress about the difference between 4.7 and 5 or 6 versus 7, because people are getting opposites even with the correct pH.

I feel like I'm doing everything else great but my pH is mighty stubborn and I don't want to go back to bsf.
AS - I hear ya on the opposites just based on pH and pH being an indication of your other sway factors. I fear that my unbudging pH is proof that my sway isn't as strong as I think.Last edited by 3Pink1Blue; April 23rd, 2011 at 01:29 PM.
