Update Did your sway methods lessen ewcm?

I'm not following a strict sway, I'm just doing bits and pieces: adding aspartame to raspberries, drinking some crystal light, taking some vitamins and eliminated some things from my diet.

I can always tell its O day by that thick glob of ewcm...that I should be getting today. I got a small amount of thin ewcm yesterday and my cervix feels soft and low. I don't want to waste $ on an opk but I'm starting to get anxious and the day has just started. What if I don't get the usual ewcm, how can I be sure it was the right day? I know my body, but now I'm second guessing. Since I got some ewcm yesterday, the swaying hasn't completely dried me up so it would make sense for me to get some today...right? Unless yesterday was my O day and the ewcm came thinner and in a smaller amount this cycle? Wdyt?

Lots of people have reported less CM when swaying. That is why I strongly urge that you guys do OPK.

Ok. I'll get an opk, otherwise I'll be stressing all day
