Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Fewer calories and cut out red meat. Less chicken than usual; ate meatless pasta often. Limited snacking. Had a very late breakfast of Greek yogurt.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He didn't do anything; continued to take creatine and glutamine and protein powder (all for working out). Hopefully the licorice root counteracted some of that extra testosterone!

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

I had been drinking peppermint tea and an occasional raspberry leaf tea up until about a week before ovulation.

93 lbs, 16 bmi (I am naturally VERY skinny and decided to go off LE right before BFP because I'd lost too much weight.

Used to exercise, but I didn't at all for months.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I got a bad cold on October 4th that lasted 3 weeks. I didn't think I was healthy enough to be fertile; in fact, I gave up my sway the day I got a BFP. I even posted in a forum on another site that I was done swaying because it made me sick. A few hours later, surprise BFP!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I didn't realize I was ovulating when we did it, so I didn't do any rephresh / shallow / dumping. The second time we did it, I think I even fell asleep afterward.

Things worth mentioning:

If declining maternal condition is a major factor in gender swaying, a girl should be coming my way if this is a sticky bean. LOL Note that I still breastfeed my two-year-old, although he's limited to once or twice per 24-hour period.
