    Lifestylle during 2ww

Hello ladies I'm not in my 2ww yet...just wondering once you O can you continue to have unprotected sex (or is best with condom..or abstain)? I know you continue with the diet just in case you don't get a bfp...also should I continue with the intense 60 min cardio/6 days a week?(I'm TTC Girl)...sorry for asking such dumb questions, but I just want to make sure what the 2ww wait route is like before I'm in it...
    TIA

Once you're on the 2ww, you can still have sex, but is best to use a condom, IIRC (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, anyone!)

Because there's no way 100% to know when you ovulated.
