    help confused what to do about exercise!!!

    Hi i hope someone can advise me im on cd1 im ttc a girl after 3 boys i went veggie nearly a year ago ive been on the le diet about 3 months on and off i started exercise about 8 weeks ago i never exercised with the boys but ive always been active and slim however i wasnt to well after ovulation last cycle so my diet went a bit off i had to many way to many cals etc and stopped exercise so my question is am i ok to start back at the exercise today and ttc this cycle it will be 17 days until i ov as i ov quite late or do i need to wait until next cycle? Thankyou

    Ok i think i might give this cycle a miss i,ll stick to diet no snacks but will prob be on the high side of daily cals etc as i dont want to loose much weight as im only 7.4 as it is but when i ttc next cycle i dont mind losing a couple of pounds im going to start back exercise today as i know the exercise made a big difference to my cycle the cycles where i exercised my af was much lighter and i had hardly any ewcm at ovulation time! Thats my plan unless anyone thinks its ok for me to still try this cycle after a 2 wk break from exercise and starting up again only 9 ish days before possible attempt??? X x x

    I guess you need to ask yourself, if you try this cycle, conceive and it is a boy, would you think you could have done more on the swaying front? If you would proceed no regrets, then I would go ahead this cycle. If it would niggle in the back of your mind, I would skip it.
