Thanks to this forum, my Dh and I just discovered Miracle Noodles, and we absolutely love them! Like, we could eat them every night. My question is – is that a good idea to eat that much of them to sway pink? I noticed that most of the posts on here about them are a bit old, so just wanted to make sure you all didn’t discover some terrible blue swaying properties recently.

Oh em gee, I just had to share the recipe for tonight’s Miracle Noodle dinner… it’s the most decadent tasting thing I’ve had since I started this diet!
Sautee ½ leek, 1 green onion, 1 cup sliced mushrooms in canola oil cooking spray. Add in the miracle noodles, chopped basil, 6 tbs of white wine, and ½ cup Classico Lite Alfredo Sauce. (High-ish in sodium, but I saved up today for this!) Top with a little shredded parm (I added about 3 tbps per serving). When I added it all to Myfitnesspal, I came out with only 231 calories and 11 g protein! And it is so creamy and flavorful… I may make this every night. Lol!

If you can stimach them go for it! Almost no calories and loads of fiber so they finction a bit like chitosan. Brilliant for a pink sway.

Thanks, ladies! My Dh had been gluten free or a couple of years now, so compared to the yucky gluten-free pasta we've tried, they seems great to me.
Of course, it's been ages since I had *real*pasta, so I may be ruined. But if it sways pink - I'll take it!
I have found it's all in how you cook them. No way would I eat them plain. They really need a lot of fresh herbs or some sauce.

You make them sound yummy and I'm sure you know how to prepare them so then they do taste good.
It's the consistency that puts me off! But don't listen to me, I am not doing too well with my diet and I am a big cheater when ti comes to eating what I shouldn't, not wonder I have 3 boys, hopefully my lack of discipline is not coming to bite me with another boy
bottom line is, go for those miracle noodles!

Good luck, aidansmum! I'm usually a horrible dieter, too. Such a cheater. I'm trying not to think about the fact that I will likely be on this diet for another 3 months (after already been eating low cal to lose weight for the last 2!). As soon as I see that positive pink, I am promising myself a big pizza! With greasy mozzarella sticks on the side.

No I think they're GREAT for a pink sway. The only downside is that some people didn't like them and I try to only recommend things that are good tasting, so I've kinda backed off of them a bit.
